Job Description
1. End-to-End Assignment Management
• Manage international assignments from initiation through repatriation or localization.
• Coordinate immigration, tax, payroll, relocation, and benefits vendors.
• Prepare assignment documentation including cost projections, assignment letters, and policy interpretation.
• Provide advisory support on assignment structure (short-term, long-term, permanent transfer).
2. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax equalization, social security, and local labor laws.
• Partner with tax providers on hypothetical tax calculations and year-end tax processes.
• Monitor assignment timelines, visa validity, and work authorization status.
• Identify compliance risks and proactively escalate issues.
3. Policy Advisory & Cost Management
• Interpret and apply global mobility policies consistently.
