Job Description
To further strengthen our global Operational Excellence team, we are seeking a hands‑on and pragmatic Global OE Specialist - Lean. In this key global role, you will act as a subject‑matter expert and authority for Lean systems and flow excellence, driving measurable and sustainable improvements in flow, throughput, lead time, and productivity across production and transactional environments worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support high‑impact Lean initiatives across sites and functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality interfaces, and transactional processes)
- Own, deploy, and continuously improve Lean systems and standards (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, SMED, Visual Management, TPM foundations) within the global OE operating model
- Drive end‑to‑end value‑stream optimization to improve flow, increase throughput, and reduce lead time from demand to delivery
