In this role you will:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Support in the contribution of opportunities for improvement in the process and effectiveness of delivering project objectives and goals.Monitors and triages tickets received via our Case Management System to their respective teams or administrators’ queue in a timely manner.Liaise with the Recruitment COE Program Lead to maintain the integrity of the clause library, offer letter templates and Case Management Templates.Coordinates the scheduling of orientation sessions and tracks feedback surveys to enhance the overall onboarding experience.Drives internal auditing initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity of HR employee records such as Payroll and SAP Replicator reports.Assist administrators with complex emp...
