About the Role
We are transforming merchant onboarding from a fragmented, partially manual process into a fully digital, scalable, and conversion‑optimized platform across multiple markets.
As Product Manager for Onboarding, you will report to the Channels Product team at HQ and work closely with Getnet franchises across our footprint. You will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling best‑in‑class onboarding experiences for merchants across all segments.
You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, from merchant acquisition to activation, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and scalable experience that balances conversion, risk, and operational efficiency, ensuring measurable business impact.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Design, to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and drive execution.
