Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll tax calculations across multiple jurisdictions ensuring accurate gross-to-net processing within country-specific frameworks
- Prepare and review monthly and annual payroll tax filings across relevant countries
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies
- Liaise with local in-country stakeholders for query resolution
- Any additional related ad-hoc tasks
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors Degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7)
- Proven operational payroll and/or tax experience in multi jurisdiction or cross-border environments.
- Direct ownership of payroll tax submissions
- Strong understanding of compliance risk within international payroll structures.
- Advanced Excel capability (including lookup functions, nested IF statements, pivot tables, data reconciliation).
