Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, benefits administration, and offboardingMaintain and update HRIS systems and employee recordsSupport payroll data changes and benefits coordinationHandle HR queries via central inbox and provide policy guidanceAssist in employee relations activities and HR documentationPrepare HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring data, engagement surveys)Requirements:
3+ years experience in HR operations / HR administrationStrong knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processesExperience working with HRIS systems Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
