Responsibilities
- Manage APAC employee benefits and insurance operations across 11 markets, including renewals, compliance, enrolments, billing, and vendor coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for brokers, insurers, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors.
- Support payroll‑related benefits activities, ensuring accurate deductions, reimbursements, and compliance reporting.
- Oversee Joiners, Movers & Leavers (JML) processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle transitions and timely workflow/ticket management.
- Handle escalations, monitor operational workloads, and resolve process bottlenecks to maintain service levels.
- Support audits, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure compliance with operational controls and documentation standards.
