Job Description

You will be working in a team that is responsible for implementing projects, coordinating with international customers, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our dialysis software solutions and collaborate closely with various teams to accelerate the international implementation of Nipro’s NephroFlow dialysis management software (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)

What you’ll do

Implementation services (50%)

  • Onboard new customers: Co-create project plans and follow up
  • Coordinate technical tasks performed by specialists (server installation, testing of integrations)
  • Provide product training and technical advice to team members and end users
