- Lead and inspire global clinical teams, building collaboration, pace, and accountability across a matrix environment
- Own program‑level benefit‑risk assessment, maintaining strong patient focus and scientific integrity throughout development
- Oversee design and delivery of clinical trials, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution against milestones
- Lead development of key clinical and regulatory documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment
- Represent Clinical Development in governance and external engagements, including interactions with regulators and experts
