The position
As a Global Project Lead - Adobe Target, you will:• Execute all Congress Hub-related journeys for global congresses.• Create and deploy congress-specific target journeys using Adobe Experience Cloud.• Perform A/B testing and site personalisation to enhance user experience.• Work with data layers and analytics, specifically AEM-related.• Act as an Adobe Target/Optimizely gatekeeper, handling congress-specific requests and escalations during live congresses.• Increase the commercial value of Congress Hub globally through optimisation initiatives such as segmentation and visitor engagement improvements.• Build strong optimisation hypotheses and articulate them to international stakeholders.• Utilise Adobe Target to build activities, validate implementation, conduct QA, and communicate progress.• Establish reporting frameworks to measure the impact of optimisation activities using tools like Adobe Analytics.• Develop a global optimisation roadmap and pri...
