Global Senior Talent and Career Manager – In Spain (Madrid | Barcelona)
Simon-Kucher is looking for an experienced (Sr.) Manager to help grow our Global Talent and Career Management (TCM) team. Together with the Global Director Talent & Career Management, the role incumbent will help successfully implement the talent management strategy in support of our fast‑paced strategic growth plan. At Simon‑Kucher, Talent Management covers the cyclical Performance Review Process, as well as the overall development and career planning. We interface primarily with the HR Policies, Rewards & Benefits and Learning and Skills Development departments.
