Overview
As part of the People, Culture & Communications team, the Total Rewards Manager will design, implement, and govern the company’s compensation and benefits framework across our global operations. This role ensures that reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with the company’s strategy, while providing leadership with data‑driven insights.

- Framework Design: Develop and maintain global salary structures and compensation frameworks across all geographies and business units.
- Benchmarking: Conduct rigorous market analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
