Job Description
What you do
- Develop and execute Project Finance (PF) and Export Credit Agency (ECA) Finance business in the region as well as select transactions handled by overseas Structured Finance teams where necessary
- Lead the entire credit origination, due diligence, documentation and execution process. This includes the assessment of credit risks and structuring; preparation of credit applications and manage documentation until financial close is achieved.
- Lead in originating new transactions in the region
- Monitor trends within the sectors and updated knowledge of the market and its effect on the portfolio/new business prospects
- Identify and pursue a topical business development theme to materialise new business opportunities beyond business as usual themes
