The GAH Postpaid Base Management Manager leads the development and execution of strategies to grow customer value among the existing Postpaid Base through improved monetization (upsell, downgrade prevention, etc) engagement, and retention. The GAH Postpaid Base Management Manager ensures that lifecycle interventions are able to deliver customer satisfaction and maximize revenue per user.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mandate: Grow the GAH Postpaid business by maximizing customer value among existing subscribers – upsell, retention, and engagement
CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
Consolidates base performance metrics across monetization and engagement
Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests and willingness to buy)
