Key Responsibilities
- Lead all manufacturing operations covering Ammonia, Urea, Utilities, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE.
- Ensure production, quality, safety, and cost targets are achieved.
- Drive plant reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
