Warehouse and Master Data Specialist (PCP) 15 months training program Career Progression Program (CCP) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals

Program Overview:

Duration: 15 months

Attachment: Local attachment to Pfizer Inc.

Have no prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Mid-Career Candidate: Graduated for at least 2 years prior to point of application.

What You Will Achieve

Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations aligned with GMP/cGMP requirements.

Support Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve process efficiency, and enhance compliance.

Track improvement metrics and warehouse dashboard according to IMEX performance.
