Job Description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant to manage, maintain, and optimize our GoHighLevel CRM system. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel, understands CRM workflows, automation, and funnels, and can support our sales and marketing operations efficiently.
GoHighLevel CRM Management
- Set up and manage sub‑accounts, pipelines, and user permissions
- Import, clean, and organize contacts and leads
- Maintain accurate CRM data and tagging systems
Automation & Workflow Setup
- Build and manage workflows and automation sequences
- Set up triggers, campaigns, and follow‑up sequences (SMS, email, voicemail drops)
- Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize existing workflows
Funnels & Websites
- Build and edit funnels, landing pages, and forms in GoHighLevel
