Dromoland Castle is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Golf Pro Shop team as Golf Club Administrator and Pro Shop Retail Assistant. We are currently recruiting for full-time and part-time seasonal positions within our prestigious resort. This is a seasonal position focused on delivering a five-star welcome and exceptional service to members and guests.
The Requirements
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all guests
- Daily promotion and upselling golf events and Pro-shop goods to maximise sales through all enquiries
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail activities & outdoor area
- Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing and stock management
- Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
