The Golf Receptionist / Cashier is responsible for delivering a seamless guest experience by efficiently managing golf-related transactions and front desk operations. This role ensures accurate cashiering, compliance with financial procedures, and exceptional guest service, contributing to a smooth arrival and departure experience for all golfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments accurately for green fees, driving range usage, rentals, and pro shop purchases using the POS system
- Issue official receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled at the end of each shift
