Your Key Responsibilities
跨事业部/工厂协同接口：工作范围覆盖DIV PTC与DIV E-Mobility，并支持BD Automotive Bearing相关BD/BU/Plants，作为供应链执行的关键对接窗口，协同推进相关工作和问题解决。供应链执行监控与优化：通过支持战略项目与标准流程落地，持续监控并优化供应链执行活动与交付效率。计划准确性与可靠性提升：监控并提升客户需求、供应商交付及生产计划准确性，增强供应链稳定性与可靠性。数据透明与系统维护准确性：提升数据透明度，确保SAP、Dashboard等系统与报表维护的准确性与一致性。需求与产能平衡管理：监控需求计划与生产产能，推动资源均衡配置，在可执行的前提下满足客户需求。订单履约与供给风险识别：监控订单处理与履约过程，识别订单交付风险并推动改善，提升交付绩效。风险升级与对策闭环：推动风险升级机制，联动事业部和工厂供应链部门制定并落地相关对策，降低负面影响并减少额外成本。目标达成与偏差分析：供应链关键指标的偏差管理...
