Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage global cloud environments across multiple platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud). Provide operational support for cloud-related tools and SaaS platforms (e.g., CDN, DNS, SMTP services). Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions and processes. Participate in global and regional cloud projects, including implementation and ongoing operations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery and operational support. Conduct regular reviews of cloud operations and recommend improvements. Perform vulnerability assessments, remediation, and support audit activities. Qualifications & Experience
