Job Description

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently for interactions with regional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
  • MBA or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with SQL and SAP ERP.
  • Collaborative style including ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams, in a fast‑paced environment, and support complex operational initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
