Candidates with Learning & Development experience that goes beyond administrative responsibilities or vendor management. In particular, looking for individuals with hands‑on experience in curriculum design and programme development. Experience in designing leadership and managerial programmes would certainly be an added advantage.
Responsibilities- Strategic Talent Partnering: co‑lead in implementation of talent management and succession planning processes from end to end, including talent nominations, assessments, reviews, development, and engagement.
- Execute talent review process across various job groups: Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, Operations & Administration.
- Facilitate tracking, monitoring and progress updates of individual development plans of succession candidates and high potentials in partnership with Business Partners.
