Business Technology Integrators (BTI), headquartered in suburban Washington, DC, is seeking a motivated and technically minded Government Contracting (GovCon) Technical Sales Lead to support federal business development, solution positioning, and pre‑sales activities.
This role is ideal for an early‑career professional (0–5 years) who can translate technical capabilities into mission‑focused solutions for federal agencies.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and capture teams to qualify opportunities, engage customers, and support the full federal sales lifecycle.
