*This is an evolving and developing role and may change over time* Reporting to the Head of Financial Services (FS) Compliance, the FS Compliance Governanceand Policy Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, maintenance and governance of the FS Compliance Policy and Governance Framework. The role holder will act as a key subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, ensuring that compliance obligations are appropriately identified, interpreted, communicated and embedded across An Post Financial Services. The role has significant responsibility for driving a strong culture of compliance, strengthening governance standards, and ensuring effective oversight and challenge across First Line Line (FLOD) and Second Line of Defence (SLOD) activities.
