+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or advocacy, within the EMEA region or European Union institutions.
+ Experience in project management and executing external engagement campaigns.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience using non-traditional advocacy tools and digital tactics to achieve policy objectives.
+ Deep understanding of the EU policy-making process and the digital policy community in Brussels.
+ Ability to identify and engage with ecosystem players and industry coalitions.
