A diversified and growing project development group is looking for a highly capable professional to handle government liaison, statutory approvals, and regulatory coordination for real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure-related projects across Rajasthan.
The role requires a practical, resourceful, and proactive individual with strong knowledge of building approvals, land matters, government procedures, and inter-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Government Liaison & Approvals
- Handle end-to-end liaison work with government departments, local authorities, development authorities, municipalities, Housing Board, revenue departments, RIICO, JDA, Town Plan...
