Government partnerships & growth manager

Neo Docs is a fast-growing health-tech company on a mission to make preventive diagnostics accessible across India. We're looking for a sharp, driven professional to anchor our government partnerships and distributor network at a national scale a senior field role that sits at the intersection of policy, public health, and commercial growth. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable in a ministry corridor and a district hospital someone who can negotiate with distributors in the morning and present to a foundation by afternoon.
Distributor Management
• Identify, onboard, and vet new distributors across states
• Support distributors with product demos and troubleshooting
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage ongoing relationships
• Monitor distributor performance and drive sell-through
Government & Institutional Partnerships
• Engage with foundations, ministries, and govt health bodies across India
