Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government Training Engineering (GTE) Team is seeking a mission-driven First-Line Manager to lead the Innovation & Workforce Team. This role will combine people leadership with hands-on strategy execution — owning technology roadmap refinement, investment prioritization, and workforce planning to ensure GTE has the right skills, capacity, and talent pipeline to deliver next‑generation Government Training systems and capabilities.
