Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Test Development leader to drive test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan definition for NPI product development.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development process.
- Prepare technical documentation, including characterization plans, test plans, hardware request documents, test status reports, and characterization reports.
- Conduct testing and analysis to validate product performance and compliance with standards.
- Manage sample testing, anticipate potential issues, and adjust processes to fulfill sample demand.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during development and production.
- Support product launch activities and provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
