This role requires strong leadership, coordination with R&D, and support for users on technical questions.

Maintain burnup dashboards and monitor programming KPIs.
Provide effort estimations during the prioritization process.
Coordinate with R&D to ensure clear understanding of Technical Specifications (TS).
Address users’ tickets and escalate issues when necessary.
Support users on technical questions and provide guidance.
