<p><strong>Purpose of the Post</strong></p>
<p>To ensure healthcare records department and other areas under its remit operates effectively and efficiently and to provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of areas of responsibility are carried out, ensuring deadlines are met and service levels are maintained. Line manage staff and liaise with the senior management team and heads of department in the effective delivery and planning of hospital services and resources, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality and clarity in all communications.</p>
