Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Trainee Digital Talent, you will spend your first 18 months in an immersive rotational onboarding phase to build a 360‑degree view of our global operations:
- Rotational Structure: Complete six three‑month assignment, four within Digital Business Services and two within Strategic Business Units such as Product Management, Sales, or Market Organizations.
- International Exposure: One assignment will be international, allowing you to build a cross‑cultural professional network.
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a global mentor from a different geographic region during the program.
- Long‑term Placement: Upon completion of the 18‑month rotation, you will move into a meaningful role within Mettler Toledo, where you can apply your experience, deepen your expertise, and contribute to impactful digital initiatives.
