Recruitment & Candidate Consulting
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and follow-up
- Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (database, LinkedIn, networking, job boards, referrals)
- Coach candidates throughout the process and ensure a high-quality experience
- Create and publish compelling job ads and market insights
Business Development & Client Advisory (Sales)
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio: identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships
- Proactively approach new clients (prospecting, cold/warm outreach, networking, referrals)
- Understand client needs and advise on profiles, salary expectations, availability, and market trends
- Present shortlists and talent solutions with a consultative matchmaking approach
