We’re working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Wakefield, Kirklees & Huddersfield who are looking for graduate support staff to join them in September. Whether you studied Psychology, English, Maths, Counselling, Literature, Fine Art or a related degree, this is a fantastic chance to use your knowledge and enthusiasm to make a real impact in the classroom.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or 1:1

  • Helping with literacy, numeracy, and creative activities

  • Assisting children with SEND or additional needs (training provided)

  • Building relationships and encouraging positive behaviour
