Job Description
We're looking for a sharp, recent graduate to support our sales team. This is a role for someone genuinely fluent with AI tools who uses them to work faster and smarter — not as a novelty. You'll help drive pipeline by researching prospects, preparing the team for meetings, handling outreach and follow-ups, and keeping the sales process moving.
What You'll Do
- Research companies, prospects, and markets, and turn findings into clear, useful briefs for the CEO and sales team
- Draft and send outreach (including company overviews, targeted flyers and marketing material), and manage follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
- Work with the CEO and CMO on research projects
- Keep the pipeline and CRM up to date
- Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, prep, and day-to-day work
