- Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, materials, and method statements for compliance with IFC drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Support responses to RFIs/technical queries and assist with site instructions and non-conformance follow-up under senior oversight.
- Conduct routine site inspections, track workmanship and finishes quality, and contribute to snagging/de‑snagging and as‑built verification.
- Coordinate interfaces with structure/MEP for details, tolerances, and sequencing; support BIM clash resolution and on-site mock-ups.
- Monitor progress against architectural deliverables; maintain logs, redlines, and records; prepare concise daily/weekly reports with photographs.
- Participate in coordination meetings with contractors and consultants; document decisions, risks, and action items.
