Reporting to the Senior Early Careers Advisor, this role will work closely with the Junior Early Careers Advisor and the team's Manager to support the attraction, recruitment, and development of the firm's early careers programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Attraction and Selection
- Support the Junior Early Careers Advisor with the organisation of campus recruitment events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and coordinating travel for both internal and external events.
- Manage diaries for video interviews, assessment centres, and other recruitment-related meetings.
