Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and email, assisting with inquiries related to NI hardware and software, including LabVIEW, TestStand, and modular instruments
+ Support marketing and market activation activities by assisting with the development and demonstration of virtual instrumentation systems for events, webinars, and customer engagements
+ Participate in on-site customer visits alongside Account Managers and Field Application Engineers to support product installations, basic system validations, and proof‑of‑concept testing
+ Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, and customer training sessions for NI products and solutions
