Remote Technical Support: Provide remote technical assistance via phone/email to resolve customer inquiries related to NI hardware/software (LabVIEW, GPIB, DAQ, Modular Instruments).
Demo Development & Market Activation: Assist the Marketing team in building and showcasing virtual instrumentation systems for events/webinars.
On-Site Customer Support: Join Sales/Account Manager and Field Application Engineers on-site to support product installations, simple system validations, and proof-of-concept (POC) testing.
Customer Training: Conduct technical seminars and present customer training for NI products.
