Grants Analyst

We are assisting a client of ours in their search for a Grants Analyst to join their team!

Duties: Under the supervision of the Director of Subrecipient Compliance, the Grants Analyst will:

  • Supervise and assist in the budgeting and contracting processes.
  • Process budget revisions for city-funded agencies and grant-funded subrecipients.
  • Monitor expenditures of subawards and subcontracts.
  • Open, approve, close, and maintain all purchase orders.
  • Manage subrecipient site visits to ensure thoroughness per National Monitoring Standards.
  • Present compliance materials to grant awardees and city-funded agencies during annual orientations.
  • Oversee the reconciliation process for funded programs.
  • Prepare fiscal and administrative materials for federal grant applications and subrecipient proposals.
