+ Supervise a team of six research services professionals (grant administrators) and serve as the primary contact for the Grants and Contracts Unit at ACCORDS for all PIs and research staff.
+ Create policy and processes for the Grants and Contracts Team in conjunction with the Director of Finance and Administration (DFA). Communicate procedures and policies effectively across ACCORDS.
+ Assign workloads to team members, and/or delegate responsibility for workload assignment, ensuring that team members have appropriate workloads.
