Position Overview:
Renten Pe seeks a skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to create compelling visuals for our fintech platform, focusing on branding, marketing materials, and user engagement content. This role supports our startup's fast-paced environment in Mumbai, collaborating with marketing, and product teams to deliver on-brand designs that drive user growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualise and develop visuals like logos, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and website layouts using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including HR for internal comms and marketing for campaigns) to align designs with Renten Pe's brand guidelines and project briefs.
• Prepare rough drafts, incorporate feedback, test graphics across media (print, digital, social), and ensure final outputs are pixel-perfect and deadline-driven.
