This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background within legal who has worked for a couple of years as a Secretary/PA and looking to step up their career working for this small, but well established US law firm.
The role is a mix of all general secretarial duties – mainly covering two busy Partners – from document work, to diary management, intensive billing and organising of client meetings. However, as the office is small, you will also be expected to help others as part of the wider admin team… Certainly a team playing attitude is vital in this role.
