Ensure operational success as a Maintenance Supervisor with GreenFirst in Hearst, Ontario. Lead maintenance services while optimizing cost and performance.
In this key role, you'll direct planning and execution within the Site Services area, helping to maximize productivity for the sawmill. You’ll be responsible for coaching your mechanical maintenance team while promoting safety and compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Health & Safety Programs for a secure workplace
• Coach and mentor maintenance personnel for high impact
• Develop and maintain effective maintenance plans
• Monitor equipment inventory and keep maintenance records updated
• Discuss maintenance priorities weekly with the team
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent is required
• Over 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Bilingual (English & French) is advantageous
