DescriptionAt Lufa Farms, we’re on a mission to create a better food system, and with four urban farms (and counting!) producing veg year-round, we’re looking for motivated and hardworking folks to help us with daily operations.This position doesn’t require previous experience, and full training will be provided, including First Aid certification and jigger certification. Being a Greenhouse Aide is physically demanding - you’ll be getting your hands dirty daily by harvesting veggies, doing crop work, and participating in crop care, among other labour tasks. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re comfortable spending the day working hard in a hot and humid environment.
