Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness throughout the cooking area.
- Assist in the mise-en-place process to ensure all ingredients and tools are ready for cooking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and preferences promptly.
- Monitor and control food quality and presentation before serving.
