Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties of entry/intermediate/advanced groomers
- Ensure department compliance with all company policies and internal protocols
- Coordinate with Slope Maintenance Manager and Assistant Manager for daily operations
- Gather daily feedback and develop the shift’s grooming plan
- Operate winch cat and train others on safe operation of winching equipment
- Demonstrate a high skill level in terrain park construction and maintenance
- Assist in snowmaking operations
- Develop and implement communication procedures to coordinate between shifts
- Oversee safe transportation and installation of terrain park features and equipment
- Assist with training of other operators
