Organizing, facilitating, and monitoring the work of his team of Ground Couriers, Support and manage the team to prevent conflict and raise productivity.

Job Description

  • Prepare, Control, and monitor the process of courier morning dispatch to ensure all couriers are on their routes as scheduled to meet the delivery and collection service commitment:
  • Fill the daily couriers’ checklist to ensure that couriers’ appearance is complying with Aramex standards; adequate supplies are available in the vehicle and proper loading of shipments.
  • Hand all shipments, corresponding run-sheets, and scanners to the ground couriers in his team.
  • Perform the job of regular courier operations and manage the load of his team of couriers to ensure balanced & efficient operations on the ground.
