- Attendance at briefings, toolbox talks and training to enable all duties to be carried out in a safe and sustainable manner.
- Develop the required skills to undertake structures routine maintenance works under the guidance of the SRM Team Lead
- Carry out Structures Routine Maintenance works as directed by the SRM Lead Operative to a high standard and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed in a timely manner
- Carry out other SRM related duties as instructed by the SRM Lead Operative
- Ensure daily driver checks are undertaken on the vehicle prior to commencing network activity.
- Demonstrate and encourage a positive attitude towards health, safety, and the environment. Reporting to the SRM Lead Operative any hazards on site for potential escalation to the Day Works Manager. Adopting a proactive duty of care for own Health & Safety plus that of fellow workers.
